Since I posted my last meal plan, I have had quite a few requests from people asking me for a completely vegetarian meal plan, so I spent the week trying out vegetarian recipes, and this is what I came up with:

You will notice that, unlike in my previous meal plan, I have not included quantities to buy. The reason is simple! Quantities consumed by each individual is different. Also, since most of these ingredients are low in calories, and rich in antioxidants, it’s okay to consume a little more than you would do with meat. So, choose your quantities yourself. If you need help, over the next few weeks, I will include the recipes for these dishes as well.
