Homemade Honey Roasted Almond Butter

Nut butters are increasingly becoming more and more popular around the world, although in most countries around the world, peanut butter is the most popular or the only nut butter easily available. I’ve been addicted to peanut butter for as long as I can remember. But I recently realized that not only is peanut butter very healthy, there is also a whole range of other nut and seed butters that are much healthier – the top of that list? ALMOND BUTTER.

Almond butter is just as addictive, just as delicious, and much healthier. However, almond butter is not as easily available in countries outside North America, and where is it, it’s not the most economical. Fortunately for us, almond butter is also as simple to make as peanut butter, and I love making it. So, I thought I’d share with you how. Take a look:

Trust me when I say this: Almond Butter is soooooooooooooooo satisfying. If, however, you’re not a huge almond fan, try making some peanut butter at home. You can check out my recipe here.
