Grilled Chicken Salad

The first thing that comes to anyone’s mind when they think of eating healthy, or going on a diet, is eating a salad. The problem? We either go overboard with the dressing to make the salad edible, or omit it entirely (trying to be healthy), end up completely hating the meal, and not really lasting too long with the healthy eating regime.

I can guarantee you, however, that this is one salad you won’t be able to get enough of! If you have ever eaten a salad at Subway, you will recognize this salad, and if you like the salads at Subway, you will totally fall in love with this one as well – I could easily eat it 3 times a week without getting bored one bit!
