Biryani is an absolute favorite for people across the world. Its rich, wholesome, flavorful taste usually has people on a specific diet steering clear of it altogether, which is a complete loss on their part, if you ask me! But, that doesn’t have to be the case. Biryani was created to make everyone happy, to make everything feel good and right again. It’s happy food, and everyone should experience Biryani at least once in their lives.
So…. we find alternatives. By simply replacing/substituting the rice, we create an orgasmic experience for all the Biryani fiends in the world, both old and new. Even if you are a hard-core fan of ‘regular’ biryani, don’t knock this version until you try it. I present to you my version of the healthy chicken biryani, sans the traditional rice:
